We are proud to recognize Becky Davis as our March Employee of the Month. Becky has gone above and beyond during this interim period, seamlessly covering both the OA and LA roles with exceptional dedication. Her professionalism, reliability, and consistently positive attitude make her an invaluable part of the Dayton team.
Becky is known for her warm rapport with clients and her ability to bring calm, order, and a bit of fun to the office. Affectionately known in the office as the momma bear, she keeps the team grounded and supported every day.
Outside of work, Becky enjoys cheering on her beloved Kansas City Chiefs, spending time with her two cats—Sassy and Patches and making memories with her daughter. Please join us in celebrating Becky for her outstanding contributions and well‑deserved recognition.
