I have read reviews and heard stores of filing for bankruptcy, through other agencies, that have been horror stories. All of the staff that I’ve encountered here have been professional, polite and helpful. Meghan, my attorney, has been nothing short of amazing, and all in all this has been a positive learning experience for me. Before I started the process, I was somewhat nervous and embarrassed that I had to file for bankruptcy. Megan Brooks has a lot of patience when she has to serve me as a Deaf client who communicates in American Sign Language. I am a victim of Parental Alienation Syndrome with my ex wife. My ex wife made false accusations and violated visitations agreement for no apparent reasons, in which I didn’t see my 4 years old daughter for last 11 months.

Megan stepped up and negotiated with my ex wife at the court house. Megan actually convinced my ex wife to agree with the visitations schedule. If it was not for Megan, I would probably not get my daughter back on time. Finally, my ex wife and I am able to cooperate with the visitations schedule for now.
