Simple steps for Bankruptcy Success

Great Bankruptcy Client

Don’t panic! If something happens in regards to your case, we are available to explain the details to you. Many times clients receive letters or phone calls from creditors that seem intimidating. We can put your fears to rest and handle the creditors for you. Some of these letters are simply standard procedure and will not prevent you declaring bankruptcy.

Get us your documents. We will help you identify all of the documents necessary to resolve your bankruptcy quickly and smoothly. However, we cannot collect them all for you. We rely on you to get us your documents such as pay stubs or bank statements. Missing deadlines directly impacts our ability to serve you effectively. We are always available to answer questions.

Avoid submitting partial documents.
Incomplete documents take time away from you and from us. We cannot file incomplete documents. I promise you, if you get us everything we need for review, and deliver it to us at one time, it will make all the difference in the world, and you will be filing for bankruptcy sooner rather than later.

Be patient. You are not our only client, but no client is more important than you. We file bankruptcies in one order and one order only: those who have gotten us every document we have asked for.

Why? Because we can’t file bankruptcy without all the necessary information included in the petition. Doing so will get your case dismissed, and you will have to start all over again from scratch.

And the worst part? You would have to pay the attorney more money to do so! Why go through all of that if you don’t have to? Doing it right the first time saves you time and money.

Trust us. We didn’t just starting doing bankruptcies last year. Not even five years ago. We have been filing bankruptcies for over ten years. We are professionals who know what we are doing.

If we ask you for something, or try to verify a piece of information, it is because we want to get your case discharged the first time and we know what the court will want to know.

Your bankruptcy should relieve stress, not create more! Your attorney is there to guide and represent you on your way to a financial fresh start. Following these simple rules will make that process as smooth as possible.
