A mother of three feared that she was not going to be able to keep her job. Her employer required that she have a license to move between work locations. However, a law firm was threatening to suspend her license if she did not immediately set up payments on a $10,000.00 debt owed from a uninsured car accident from a few years ago. Our bankruptcy attorney was able to file a Chapter 7 bankruptcy to immediately put her license in good-standing in relation to this debt. She is no longer worried about a license suspension, and the car accident debt has been discharged along with the rest of her debt.
